    Burnley's day it certainly wasn't - but as Dave suggests, could've been ours just as easily - but perhaps, as now more than ever, there's a need to simulate players capabilities - especially with the big names....keep the support believing that what they have is special - and worth all that silly money.


    Willians first touch was heavy, whether deliberate or a mistake - it drew Lowton into thinking he could reach the ball - he couldn't, as was little he could do to connect with it, because Willian....instead of taking control of the ball...decides to toe it (out of play).....he realised Lowton had committed himself, so I think his decisions had less to do with the ball than in drawing the foul...the hesitancy and early incline (before contact) helping the ref to decide in his favour.

    We were outplayed,outclassed and lost 3-0.Small margins here and there made no difference,Chelsea could have scored more than they did.
