    Team balance - Physical & Flair

    Toothless up front, fragile at back, & overrun in midfield. Yes Phillips makes difference at DM, but we just lack any serious bite, throughout the squad.
    Never really troubled Forest at any set-pieces, yet at other end, always look like conceding. Not for first time, some of our players look like schoolboys when lined up against teams with some physicality ( and I don't mean giants )
    If only we had player like the Forest lad, Sow - ungainly yes, but strong in air, runs all day, and just does the ugly stuff.

    Someone like Ronaldo Viera perhaps?
