Always liked this myself but with NA it will be 442 or 433, I'm not sure he can get a 352 formation to work properly without either leaving out players like Enzio, Roberts and JOB or leaving out Brindley and DKE in order to accommodate the others but then leaving us more exposed than usual down the flanks.

I like 352 as a formation but don't think it would suit our squad

    Noooooooooo.

When fit, I think our CBs/Brindley/McCrory could provide a good 3.
But Osborne/Roberts/Shields/Enzio as the lone wide men? Not good.

The main problem with this formation, and the reason it never sticks in the lower leagues, is that coaches think full-backs can be ''wing-backs''. They end up playing like two extra defenders, the team cedes all initiative and ground, results nosedive and it's the most boring football to watch for the fans.

Doesn't fit our current squad unless we'd done it with Enzio upfront and before we'd signed Wilson but there's not much point now we have TWO good wingers that should cause teams problems every week.

Defensively we could do it but we'd have next to nothing going forwards as you'd be relying on our defensive minded central midfielders and full backs playing as wing backs, playing Enzio and Roberts wouldn't work, you very rarely see a 3-5-2 with wingers these days it's usually a 5-3-2 (but 3-5-2 when attacking, like a 4-5-1 is a 4-3-3 when attacking)

Rawlinson and Lacey had a great partnership going and I'd presume when he's back fit we'll go back to that
