If he gets a ban then he should try hurdling in the Olympics.
He made it look easy up hill in football boots.
Running into the crowd to confront someone is crossing the line but it annoys me that people in football crowds feel they can shout all the abuse they want at players but if they get some back then they cry to the nearest steward.
He’ll be fined and banned but I’m not sure that teaches anyone anything. There’s more problems at Tottenham than this it seems.
Way out of line imo, he not only put himself in danger but the fans that were in that stand.
Him who started it should keep his gob shut if he hasn’t got the bottle to face Dier when confronted, he soon went didn’t he the bottleless idiot
All footballers are human and not robots. There are lines and lines. Why do some fans have to be so disrespectful to players, even their own?

It was hardly a Cantona was it.
It's easy to say Footballers should be capable of ignoring it but just think, if someone screamed at you "ya mum's a f@cking dirty slag" could you?
If it was me they'd be spitting teeth out for a fortnight.
Dont suppose footballers are much different. Fair enough they can't react to being called a useless tw@t but when it becomes that personal, it must be so hard not to react.
Fact is the lad shouting the abuse is more than likely a reyt tool who couldn't feyt his way out of a wet paper bag.
