    And talking of' goals' that weren't given

    The one I recall is from 2002 home v Rotherham the only match of the last 8 we didn't win. At the time it looked like it might scupper our promotion plans but we had Wolves doing their very worst.

    Did we have one away v Bolton that clearly crossed the line and wasn't given? Anyone got anymore?

    That point kept Rotherham up on GD and relegated Crewe.

    That Rotherham ''Non-goal'' was totally ridiculous. The defender was actually in the back of the net and the ball a clear 18 inches over the line. I ain't surprised that this latest incident happened at the Vile and to their advantage. They have always been lucky and that point at the end of the season will probably keep them up. Can't think of another Albion non-goal certainly not in a game I attended.

    18 inches over the line. More like a yard! Mind you this wouldn't be the first time I've doubled the actual length of something.
