O/T Police Incompetence

Yesterday afternoon I saw a police landrover pull up outside my bungalow, a female & male officer got out of the vehicle, so I went outside to see what they wanted.
Male police officer said are you **** ******** , I said no saying that was not my surname, to which I informed them that the person they were looking for, had same address as his father across the road from me, but at the same time I informed them that the person they were looking for, got 2 years imprisonment about 3 weeks ago.
To which they did not know, talk about right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing.

Note it was the male officer, let's call him the policeman, that talked to you.

The policewoman was just making the stats look right when they are on call on a visit of this type that demands two to attend.
