    You been sleeping since 2012?

You were the better team on the day, congratulations. Next time you won't be so lucky.

I really enjoyed the first one, it was a cracking shot, and reminded me so much of the Wade Elliott Wembley special, when we won promotion in 2009. It was identical to Wade's goal in every respect, except Wade's was probably worth about £100m or so more.

Incidentally, anyone remember what I said about Brighton fans on another thread ? See what I mean.

The only thing for us to play for was the clean sheet for Pope.
We could not have obtained our highest league placing because the highest we could finish was 8th and we beat that in 2017/8.
Extra prize money would only have gone into our dry powder store ---not important because there isn't much room.
We take pride in losing our last game of the season in the PL because on the two occasions that we have won the last games in the PL we have been relegated.
There you go, as I said, only the clean sheet to play for.

Have a good break yourself and let's see what other wonderful changes IFAB can make to The Laws of the Game to destroy our enjoyment even more!
