    Good news, if true. Speaks volumes for the management imo if someone wants more time with us after last season’s ‘annus horribilis’.

    Wait and see what Barnsley and Boro objected to about Probably some clause in EFL rules saying you can't take a player back on loan If he's already won that clubs player of the season award

    Let me assure you mista, there is no such rule BUT there is a nasty rumour going around that the EFL has asked Steve Gibson if he'd like that rule brought in for the 20/21 season.......

    It gets better. Apparently, he was involved in talks to go to Boro for a year on loan. There were no talks on him coming back here because od the so called "soft embargo" we had pending the outcome of the commission. As soon as the verdict was handed down, so was the embargo and and he and the club opened talks and the rest is history.
