Paul will not bring in No 1 Targets without selling to ensure that income exceeds expenditure.

Just read that Blunts have registered an interest in Clarke Odour.
The hero of Griffin Park.
Future prospect or flash in the pan?
Thought?

Everyone is for sale at the right money as we know .
Smart thing to do is this if genuine , sell him to the Blunts , £3m and a 15% sell on , they are a PL club so have the brass , nowt to them £3m and then they loan him back here for the season .
No pyssing abart , that's the deal , take it or he stays here .
We get a decent return on him and a bit of insurance should he really cut the mustard in the next couple of years but we keep him here too .
By doing that we get our brass early and eliminate the risk of him not progressing at all plus we don't have to fly around looking for a replacement just now , 12 months to sort that out .
A bit of brass coming in to strengthen the squad without losing anybody isn't to be sniffed at in my opinion .

Not sure it's "smart" Animal to sell our upcoming talent. It's the same old, same old.
We are not supporting Bank Balance Surplus FC as the OGC Nice fans soon became aware.
Here's an idea. Why not retain our better players and build an increasingly good football team year by year ?
Don't be sucked in to play the Conway game.
Well they are a PL club and he's bound to be attracted by that , a big signing on fee and probably more than doubling his wages .
There is no building a team in the way it once was SB unfortunately for a club of this size in today's football world .
Brentford are going to lose three or four of that very good side from last season , they won't be keeping em for another go this time .
It is what it is mi owd .

There's only two players who were club legends that we've ever been able to keep here and see the best days of their careers .
King Ronnie was on that much money here even the big first division clubs couldn't afford his wages .
As for Redders , nobody really believed he was that good only us and nobody made a single offer until he'd become a decent PL midfielder .
I don't see you buying him for now Rod I think he's one for the future for you mate which is why you may as well loan him back to us should he sign for you lads .
The lads very promising Rod , only 19 so he's a chance but as you know they don't always kick on but in Clarke's case I'd say he's more than a good chance if he works hard and develops .
It would be a decent move for him in my opinion , not moving too far away and a club and manager with a down to earth culture .
Not heard owt from Roma for a week or two so fingers crossed he's alreight .
I think Wilder is shrewd enough to spot a player for the future with potential[sounds familiar] especially if he can get him on the cheap [he's surely not trying to out Conway Conway]
Oduor has a long time on his contract to run so if Sheff want him & I suspect it would be be for cover that should put us in the driving seat
So we need to be asking a substantial fee [particularly as Leeds would get 50% [I think] £7 mill otherwise he'd be going nowhere

You see this is why fans getting fecking angry .
Which clown thought it was a good idea to buy him with a 50% fecking sell on clause attached .
The model is difficult to live with at the best of times but things like this proper pyss me off .
Mark this down as Moncur to Luton and Moore to Wigan .
Dear me .
