Not the best day for ifollow on Saturday

Hopefully this Saturday they'll have it sorted. Is the match available for you guys in the UK for a tenner?

I am waiting for a refund from iFollow having bought a pass for last Saturday's game when I didn't need it. They said they had a high volume of emails, well that's a surprise! I was eventually able to watch on the app on my ipad with Salford comms but couldn't watch via the Millers website, as I did all last season. I don't feel confident about Saturday and watching on my laptop, but let's wait and see

I'd never used ifollow before last Saturday but it all worked perfectly for me, no complaints at all. Hopefully it'll be the same again this weekend!

I have the app but logged on through the millers site. The commentary was by Salford. Was a millers commentary supposed to be available?

Likewise Masbrough, my first time as well and no problems.
I don't understand why people are bothered about a commentary because you don't get one when you go to a match and I don't need someone to be telling me what's happening when I can see for myself.

So, if I understand correctly you logged on via Millers ifollow but it wouldn't let you watch yet when you went through Salfords site you were able to watch it through their service? But only on an ipad which I believe is the same as CT.

I'm hoping for a normal service and the same as we've experienced over the last few years. I'll put it down to a blip!

Yes Frog that sounds about right. I went on to the Millers website on my laptop, but didnt get the option to watch as per normal. Had a panic and paid £10, on top of my annual pass, but still didnt get the option to watch. Downloaded the upgraded app on my ipad and got the game plus Salford comms. That's fine, I was happy with that, but I prefer to get the game on my laptop so I can connect to tv. Apple tv didn't work from my ipad probably due to low modem speed here in french countryside.

So I could have watched it if the instructions were clearer.

Ah well we can't change what's happened just plan better for the next cock up
