    McNeil get rid of him

Unfortunately here I go again. McNeil again, left his man and exposed Lowton. When will SD either give him a bo.... or get him off. He is simply being a lazy, self centred and sulky player we can do without. If anyone comes in for him I for one would let him go. He is definitely a liability.

Just got to accept we were totally out of our depth. City were far too good for us although Goalie did well. Performance not to bad overall but were simply outclassed.

The lack of competition in the squad means the young guy is not under any pressure to perform, plus he learning the game at 19 yrs old! I think he's played to much football in short period and lost his way somewhat Also lets not forget all our injuries have had a big effect on form and the top it off the board thinks we are the only team in this division that does not need to strengthen with quality.

It must be great when you look at your player list and you have at least 30 players who cost the club in excess of £50 million.

I'll bet it's not so great when you realise the Foxes ripped your hugely expensive squad a new arsehole with a 5-2 home defeat.

And you still have the luxury of not even considering to deploy another £50 million quids worth of English international centre back and you can still spunk another sixty million on yet another centre back from Portugal.

Not really a level playing field is it Alto?

We have played two of the better teams in the country, Leicester City and Manchester City and while losing those games there are some positive signs.
Our reserve goal keeper Peacock-Farrell was more than comfortable facing the might of the Manchester City attack.
Last night thought Charlie Taylor was our best outfield player and he is proving to be a great buy.
Josh Brownhill looks far more effective when playing in central midfield and should never have been moved out to right for the Southampton game. As I said earlier that I was unimpressed with buying Stephens as he looked no more than a squad player at Brighton. I hope I am proved to be wrong but time will tell.
Dwight McNeil is being surrounded when he gets the ball, which in theory should leave other members of our team free. What we need is an additional player with some flair who can take advantage of their surrounding Dwight.
Benson looks like he is a good prospect and should be considered for more game time.
On the negative side we have played Manchester City several times now and we are always on the losing side, the only sides to beat Manchester City are those who expose their weak defence, which means chasing the ball and pressing them so their midfield do not have the time on the ball as they did last night. With the exception of the second half of one game we have always let them come at us. As this was a one off match that we were more than likely to lose why did we not try a different approach, or are our tactics so one dimensional that we have no other options, if so this could be a very long hard season.
