The story is making the rounds from various media sources. A strange situation really. Could have been considered as a marquee signing considering that the club had pursued him over about 3 transfer windows with all the media coverage to go with it and a contract until 2023! Now , never mentioned , not even on here!! I guess injury,fitness and the premature ending to last season hasn't helped.

It's a strange situation. I think the fact he only played in one game, and an away one at that, means the majority our fans still haven't seen him play. Which is why it's probably been easy to forget about him.

I reckon doing that would be career limiting however Tilt wouldn't have to fall out with Warne directly just annoy one of his pet favourites. Like Yates found out when he argued with Taylor.

Well which ever way you look at it , I make it 6 senior centre backs at the club which by anyone's standards is quite a luxury! Thats with 3 keepers, 5 strikers, about 8 midfielders and ONE out and out winger..........guess who's injured!
