Blackburn Rovers v Rotherham United (19:45) Wednesday

We had this ref when beat Wednesday (camera were more interested in their dug out than the actual game) so a good omen hopefully
    JARRED GILLETT
    Andrew Fox and Matthew Jones
    Fourth Official : Simon Mather

Think we are on red button for this game but there’s still iFollow if you prefer

Blackburn have been doing good this season but we know we can play (proved it) so I’m expecting a good game here probably a close game but I’m still going to say a three points in the bag please Warney
Johansson in net? Didn’t do much wrong so why not
I still think Hirst should be starting but think Warney might go with much the same side

    Come on you reds!

Alan Shearer (when at Blackburn) holds the record for the most goals scored in a 38-game season and a 42-game season. He scored 31 goals in 38 games in 1995/6, and 34 goals in 42 games in 1994/5.

The oldest player to appear for Rovers was Bob Crompton – at 40 yrs and 150 days against Bradford, in Division 1, on 23 February 1920.

Not a great hunting ground for us is Ewood, so time to change that?

They are another good side and even a point would be immense right now - three would be Xmas come early

It's an interesting fixture this. After seeing matches so far this season, we are able to open opposition defences up as well as anybody else.Blackburn have a good record of scoring but like other championship sides they do have weaknesses that can be exploited at the back.Whilst possibly resting on or two we could also give opportunities to the likes of Miller,Clarke and Thompson as well as giving Jozefzoon a full 90 minutes as we will not be able to use him against his parent club on Saturday. If we go and attack Rovers we could get a result, if we play a defensive game we will invite trouble.Looking forward to seeing this match with the confidence the lads will have taken in after yesterdays victory.

We need to match them in every position.
Don't let them dictate the game even though they're at home.
Play with no fear. don't rush the passing and players need to be aware and make themselves available for that short pass.
Everything to play for. I'm going 1-1, a difficult night and we need to roll our sleeves up.
    Give me 100% that's all I ask.....

Now where's my FIFA MANAGER game....

EDIT : Hope it's on the red button. One SKY schedule says it isn't another says it is.

Their best player Bradley Dack is a LTI
Looked a little portly in recent seasons

Wouldn't play Wood or Vassell. Harding & Ladapo in their places.

How do you get Harding for Wood?
Thompson should be doing that job but not sure if he might still be having personal problems or not fit enough
