    Derby County can confirm that several first-team staff members and players have tested positive for COVID-19.

    That’s ample time ? You only need to isolate for 9 days according to EFL.

    Every clubs at it now..... some want the season cancelling hoping they’ll stay up or go up in an automatic position by ppg.

    Just been on Talk Sport that FA will insist on 3rd round being completed on time and clubs who can't field a team will forfeit the tie!

    Also, any team who can field 14 players can now play the game??

    Add to that, footballers can apparently isolate for 9 days (although that may only be RUFC players!!), unlike everybody else who must take 10 days minimum.

    Do the PL, FA, EFL have the authority to adopt/adapt?? rule changes on a whim?

    Yes they have their own version of covid. They mutated it in a lab at footy HQ. Its not yet known to science and behaves differently to other covid bugs. The key symptoms are talking bollax and having a tendency to favour big clubs.

    From what Ive read the 9 day isolation was for players that were tested and negative.

    It was still 10 for those that tested positive.
