They are giving Alioski real grief for signing for Galatasaray at the end of the season because of the murder of 2 of their fans 21 years ago by fans of Galatasaray and their lack of action keeping Leeds fans safe.

Alioski is being called a disgrace and there’s calls for him to not play for the club again.

Surely he has to go where suits him best and at 29 he’ll be looking for the best deal. Leeds only offered him a year.

Harry Kewell actually played in those games so has a better understanding of the tension but I don’t remember him getting any stick for signing for Galatasaray.

I recall those shocking scenes all too well.

They finally jailed the coward scum for the murders but he served a ‘very’ light sentence such are the Turkish and their ‘look after their own’ attitude.

21 years is a long time but footballers are just mercenaries and go where the best money is, and who can blame them.

Leeds fans will not let this lie because their forefathers, will have hammered it home to their younger generation just how disgraceful the whole unnecessary incident was. Alioski will just have to take the flak.

Just hope some stupid Leeds fan doesn’t make it too personal.
