Most stupid comment of all time !?

I have copied and pasted this statement from one of our posters...
"Only the most naive of Notts fans would think everyone who's a Notts fan wants Notts to win every game"...

Is there really any notts fan that doesn't want us to win every game. Am I mistaken?
I think I must be naive...
Sometimes that's the problem, we want them to win every game even when we have no devine right to do so....!

I would call the comment naive rather than stupid. It was made by someone who clearly doesn't understand how football messageboards work, hence his 'only on NCM' comments. Football is a highly emotive game, and the knee-jerk pain of defeat can lead to some posters saying things they don't really mean due to sheer anger and frustration, especially when we are playing at this level. It's really down to passion, possibly misplaced passion on occasions, but if you take it away boards like this would be very dull.

I'm not sure which person he was insulting at the time but was and is totally out of order...
I'm sure he actually means it , it was never defended just ignored.
There was never a 30 page essay ebbing and flowing saying he agrees but disagrees but it is a fact when its opinion etc etc....
