    I guess they had to build those to get the development passed, but I wouldn't buy one.

    You used to get decent people in council housing and there still are some but it's not like it was, the council estate my Dad grew up on is full of drug dealers now.

    Doomed to fail.

    It's already in a dive of an area and it's going to have council mixed in with it? It will be a mess.


    There's a new development at the bottom of my estate which did the same thing with a mix of council and private property. You can see exactly where the council owned ones are.

    £230k House worth about £800 a month private rent and it'll be had for about £300 from the council if that....and they still can't be arsed looking after what they've been given.

    Yes they are made to build council ones aswell which there is nothing wrong with, take a look around and you’ll see some house owner are just as bad as council tenants

    Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service, 1 Moorgate Road, Rotherham, is that nearby?
