    Chairman on DeeDar

Chairman on Radio Sheffield stating a few key points.

4 players have been enquired about by Championship teams. Chairman won't fight to keep them - so that's them going to cheap.

Reading between the lines sounds as though Scarborough warning may have been issued to Warne as its obvious promotion or bust...

    Club finances are OK.

Blackman and Hirst were expensive signings that didn't work.

It’s the players that are not being rumoured that’s a worry, I’ve already said I can’t wait for season to start just to see who’s here

If they want to go then fair enough but ffs don’t let them be took for peanuts

Lessons learned? The one lesson I learned (assuming the data provided by ELK is even remotely accurate) is that being Chelsea's 8th choice GK is a very lucrative job to have. Early evidence was (and I must admit it was somewhat disproved towards the end of the season) is that you don't even have to be a GK to fill that role

    Whoa Neddy, everyone chill.

It was just a fact finding mission from Radio Sheffield nothing else. There’s no threat to Warne from Stewart other than our Chairman would like to see us back in the Championship.

He’s a businessman who wants a return on his investment. Who wouldn’t?

There has been interest from four separate championship clubs for four of our players. Doesn’t that tell you Warne and his team have got our players to a good standard that other clubs higher than ourselves want them?

Although we may have dropped a league, we are in a good solvent place. Well done Tony Stewart and long may he reign.
