If you remember Kerry Packer, he started a cricket competition with big financial rewards, he wrecked the England team who were forced to choose.

I will be starting my own predicto comp on the Cambridge board, there will be a league and two cup competitions. Winner of the league will receive five hundred pounds, three hundred for the cups. 2nd and third in the league will receive 300 and 100 respectively.

There will be a further interesting feature in regards to my crediting, or debiting points as i see fit.

Anyone bending the knee to me will receive added points, anyone opposing anything i say or do WILL be punished.

If i am second going into the final game, and ten points behind piglet for example, i will review piglets behaviour and take appropriate action which may see him one point behind come five o clock.

Excellent news, Frank, a bit of competition is welcome. Of course your historical actions in the matter of prize money bear scrutiny, so I’ll be quite happy to hold onto that £1200 (or is it £1500?) until, the end of the season then send it on the winners etc. You know that I’m an honest man and this is a genuine offer. Your competition, your rules, and the competitors will have to realise that they won’t win. If you declare yourself winner then you get the money. Of course, if anything goes wrong, like your sudden demise, or hospitalisation at a critical moment, or plod catches up with you, then I’d send it to whoever else wins.

Thankyou Griff. I am raising the winnings to two thousand pounds, so that after ten years ive won twenty thousand pounds, not only that, ive beaten the Carlillians, which is more pleasing. I wish you could see im celebrating in the way the Ukranian player celebrates after scoring the winning goal tonight.

Can you support England tonight?, after all genetically you are as foreign as me. I say no, in fact, i dont think you should watch it scoth.
