    The more I see this guy ... the more I think we have got ourselves a good manager. Hungry, intelligent and articulate. Maybe the jump to someone younger will be a good move. And at the moment am feeling positive. Time will tell if bourse if he gets the backing and support from the hierarchy ... but early signs look good yo me ...

    Judging from the interview I don't think he will take any nonsense if they don't play his way. Also, he seemed keen on giving the youngsters a chance. Impressed so far but the proof of the pudding will be getting results.

    You are right Barrera - love his style so far ( my way or no way ) and the work ethic. Whilst, I can't stand Lai, some credit must be given to Ken for appointing him and the four year plan! Peace had a season plan which is why we are partly in a mess - no investment and old loans looking for last pay cheque. Ken being CEO and just over 30 will want to keep that job and make a success of it for you and make the club more saleable.

    I have spoken to a few Leeds mates too and they all rated Mowatt and said he's solid. Val needs to get Diangana and Grant firing and it will be like two new players.
