    Season ticket renewal

Is anyone else having trouble renewing? Neither my son or I have been able to renew. The Albion website won’t even let me log into my account anymore, it doesn’t recognise my email address, which I have had for many years. How typically Albion, awful service for its supporters. If we don’t get the ‘early bird’ prices, they will have lost two long time supporters.

Good morning Mike. Have you linked your Albion accounts? If not then follow this link to synchronise your ticket/club shop and official site accounts with one password......

    https://www.wba.co.uk/club/frequentl...n-account-faqs

....... as per the 'senior season ticket' thread it's best to try and renew by laptop or main computer rather than by your phone.

If you still have issues you'll need to renew by phone which may prove difficult as the lines are busy.

Should you get through tell them you've had difficulty renewing online and ask them to waive the £10 admin fee for telephone renewals.

    All of the very best.

    PS.

Forgot to mention, it doesn't matter if you only had an online ticket account. You still need to switch to the 'My Albion' set up to access the site.

Once in do not try to renew via the seating plan. Go to reserved tickets further down your account menu.

Again..... all of the very best.

Thanks Danny, I tried all that but to no avail. Have tried to call them on the dot of 10am only to be told that the queue is full. It’s gross incompetence.

If you're still having difficulty email the ticket office before 5pm and you might be able to renew at the early bird price after the deadline as announced by the club on Twitter about an hour ago......

‘Improved’ system? Atrocious system, more like. I worked on system development before I retired and if I had delivered a system like that, I would have been fired. Still haven’t got the tickets sorted.

Worst of all you have to physically go to the ticket office or fail to get into a managed telephone queue to change seats!

We now have our ST’s renewed; had a phone call from the ticket office and they sorted it out. Dreadful system, though, a new system should be better that the one it replaces, otherwise leave well alone.
