Blackdogblue has tried to put a prediction in but the site isn't letting him do it,he's able to log on but go no further and while I'm at it I get the same trouble with my tablet but couldn't be arsed to say before as I got used to just using my phone

He can log on but when he tries to post he gets a bulletin message saying that he's not got permission to use that page,I can send you a screenshot if you a look at the message and you send me a email
