Grovesvenor are the owners a development company. They are sitting on prime real estate just a mile from the city centre.
If they chose to sell they could name their own price. United are paying rent, it must be sky high, or higher, which detracts from the playing budget, as does the community trust.

Its no fluke that since losing the ground, the club has plummeted like a stone, thank you previous boards. Being in div 1 now is a fluke, as last season United had one of the lowest budgets.

United will have a childs post office account of a budget this year, as can clearly be seen.

So what is happening Mr Barry if anything.? What is the rent payment? What is the budget? Until the club gets its own ground, it will be paupers. Look at Cambridge City, they can do it. It wont surprise me if they supplant United in the years to come.

And rightly so, they were Cambridges premier club, and should have gone up to the football league.

There is a negativity about United that will never be lost, a regressive mindset. Its been there since Smart left.

And another thing, one of the reasons Barry rejected the monied people was because he said all they wanted to do was develop players.

What blunt manipulative nonsense. Have you developed the club Mr Barry?. No. Are you not interested in developing players. Yes you are. There must be a hundred teams.

Polly of Six Mile Bottom.

Its about the size of it, and you talk out of it......
