Watch the player who Miller fouls before being sent off.

He jumps over the challenge, goes down in a heap, slams the pitch several times with his hand (as if he's suffered a broken leg) then looks up, see's the red card is out and get's up with no apparent injury problems. He even receives what looks like a 'well done' hand gesture from his team mate!!!!
