You'd imagine with Kane gone for the season at least one or two would be coming in .

I mean who would be daft enough to let a player go out on loan for the season with an already depleted squad and not have deals in place tomorrow ?

It's probably a good idea not to answer that .

    We live in hope .

As per - tomorrow neet sat sitting glued to Sky Sports with Doug OKane on Twitter alert and regularly looking on here, BBS and News Now for any updates.
    Love it.
I reckon we will get one - probably a left wing back.
Be even more chuffed if we get another - the experienced mid midfielder that’s been talked about.
But even more excited if we get another target striker - which no one’s talking about.

Thuz not much money abart in Championship. Not expecting it to be too frantic.

Birmingham have added Troy Deeney to their frontline. Looking a good bet.

Jutkiewicz, Hogan and now Deeney, are Nudge will be well p****d off just what he has been advocating for us Barnsley boys - 3 strong target men. I said QPR for my promotion tip separate from the 3 teams relegated possibly add Birmingham now?

Troy Deeney could well have got the winner last Setdi.

I know we can chant "We've got the best bank balance in the league" but surely fans deserve one. just one, signing that shows a bit of immediate football ambition and excitement. Instead its the same old. same old, "he's one for the future we can develop and sell on".
Next summer is when a lot of players enter the final year of their contracts and become ripe for sale so it's this year or nothing as regards progress.

So that’s settled, it’s nothing then.
We need a LWB so we’ll sell styles for £3m cos that’s a good profit.
We need centre mid cover so we’ll loan out a £1m signing.. saves on wages.
And we sign…….zzzzzzzz………zzzzzzz oh sorry missed the t/f deadline.

Andy Carroll would have been ideal.
But looks like he’s going to Reading.
