Hungary - Kick This Scum Nation Out!

Enough of EUFA and FIFA claiming they couldn’t hear it or be sure who it was aimed at FFS 😤😤

Stadium closures and fines are absolutely pointless, it’s time to hit these openly racist and homophobic countries in the way it’ll hurt them the most.

An immediate expulsion from this WC qualifying tournament and a ban from the next Euros in 2024.

No possibility of qualifying for a major tournament until WC 2026.

If they transgress again then another immediate ban of four years.

When our domestic fans were causing aggro at European matches in the 80’s we were banned from European competition for our club sides for five years.

How come it’s always the English that get the boot put into them, these European countries constantly get away with abhorrent behaviour!?

    On a side note.

I do wonder about the common sense of our players and the team management though.

Tonight wasn’t the night for Sterling to be wandering over towards the Hungarian Ultra’s in a goal celebration and raising his shirt in tribute to a dead friend.

Although doing such celebrations should be okay there are clearly certain countries where a black person doing such a thing is just going to cause things to kick off.

Young Jude Bellingham then ended up copping it from their scum when he warmed up.

Sterling would’ve been better served making a prayer gesture in tribute to his friend in a more personal and reflective type of celebration.

A long ban for the Hungarian scum and a bit more thought and common sense from players and those managing them wouldn’t go amiss.

    Agree with you totally.

Players get yellow cards for taking of their shirts celebrating and know this is going to happen yet they persist in doing it. Ronaldo misses the next Portugal game after his shirt removal as it was his second yellow this tournament. Yet clubs and countries seem to do nothing about it. Sterling wouldn’t have been far off getting a red last night.

Everyone knows which countries are going to get racial and homophobic problems but again nothing is done. It was talked about enough before the game and yes we still do have our own problems but nothing like countries such as Hungary, Bulgaria etc.

What I don’t understand is that UEFA have a ban on supporters in place for racism but as this is a FIFA fixture it was ok to let fans in! Clowns to the core…

Agree, but what I still don't understand is why the powers that be will not accept that 'taking the knee', rightly or wrongly, is always going to be associated with the BLM movement. The obvious thing, to my mind anyway, is to have a different gesture before the game which is directly and obviously directed at anti racism. Southgate keeps banging on about it but why doesn't he see that it's not working so try something else. I don't think that it will cut it out completely but I do think that it would help. It would show that those who do boo are racist and not anti a political movement.

I don't think the Hungarian fans were booing because they are anti BLM. They are simply racist! I have been very pleased with the enthusiastic applause at the Albion. Haven't heard any booing.

Yes, I agree that last night was racist booing but I was talking in general and regarding 'taking the knee' in this country.

Totally agree and any form of abuse is totally unacceptable. Why would Sterling antagonize the crowd though? Surely when Ireland were booed for taking the knee - why did the England players do it? Why do the England players even take the knee when most of the EU teams in the Euros did not?

Should somebody draw a picture for Southgate, the England team, and FA - taking the knee is actually inflaming the situation and not reducing racial discrimination! Some black players have been intelligent enough to figure this out and would prefer to do their own thing.

Far more should be done to fight against racism ( signs/billboards/communities/closed stadiums ) but surely taking the knee and black players running to the crowd of known racists is taking everything they are trying to achieve backwards!

Don't disagree but you can't accuse all the Hungarian fans of being racist as the majority are decent and welcoming people. I heard some West Brom fans booing taking the knee at Blackburn - were they racist? No not all all! Why should they not boo taking the knee as well as booing a fat useless lump like Zohore if that's what they want to do. Many who pay the money are entitled to boo for whatever they want as long as there's no racial or homophobic undertones!

PS - the publicity is not so great when there's homophobic abuse or disgusting s exual singing aimed at the lineswoman Sian Massey - is that less acceptable?

At the end of the day intelligence and common sense has never really been associated with football players and fans. Most of them were probably bogey eater's at school.
Some of the spelling and grammar I see on Albion FB sites look like that of a five year old.
You can't expect thicko player's and fan's to understand anything, so all the protest's are meaningless.
