Brave? This team and coach don't know the meaning and never will. We can kiss this season goodbye, we've seen it all before
Was there last night. Of course the game was won.
The problem was the coach and the players wanted it to end with about 20 minutes to go and stopped playing, indulged in blatant time wasting.
I've seen IB interviewed about when this has been done to Notts and it's 'I would've done the same'. Boy was he true to his word.
From what I've seen and heard time-wasting is getting out of control this season. It's blatant cheating and for me what IB's 'Being brave" should mean is not falling to the same low standard. Don't condone cheating and keep playing to the ******* end.
What was he thinking? At 0-2 against 10, we should have been chasing goal difference by going for 3 or 4. It was the exact opposite of that, we tried to shut up shop and by doing that let them back into the game. Rodders was our best player, he shouldn't have been taken off.
IB will lose me and other fans if he condones cheating. 'Game management' is part of the game, but so is putting teams to to the sword if you want to be a top team in your league. You can't just scrub out and wish away 20 mins like that, it's negative, it's anti-football and it's cheating.

I guess we would have gone for it at 2-0 up if Saturday’s fiasco hadn’t happened. Everyone probably worried if we let one in we’d let at least one more in.
Turns out they were right.
The NL needs to intervene on time wasting.
Communication to clubs, but yellows and reds are the only solution
I see the problem getting worse and worse - I'd say we've reached a farcical level
Cos it's you '78, I'll make this comparison - "delay of game'' rule in the NBA, and this is just for any slight delay of a restart after a made basket, they covered that and no other ways of time wasting are allowed...teams can slow down when they're in play, that's it.
They look after their sport and their product. We don't. I think we have this added minutes 'get out'...10 last night. It's not what supporters sign up for when they pay to enter (I got home 12;30 last night) Refs are probably saying 'I'm adding this on' when what they should do is issue cards, including reds.
Nemane walking off like a 100 year old man with a Zimmer frame, then sprinting like crazy when they let him back on.
There needs to be a list of time-wasting behaviours that have to be carded
Problem is, 'time wasting' is subjective. Far more so than, say, handball or a dangerous tackle. If a player says he has cramp or needs the physio on, the ref has no way of knowing if he's lying. It's not really even time wasting, is it, it's just slowing the game down and disrupting the opposition's rhythm. I don't see that it's got worse, it's always been part of the game.
Rugby has this all figured out and has done for years. Certain stuff stops the clock. Once the 80 minutes are up and the ball goes dead, that's it. It's super simple.
