Ex-Miller centre forward Laurie Sheffield has sadly passed away, aged 82 years.
The player only spent a short time with the Millers, & had two spells at Doncaster Rovers.

Once a Miller, always a Miller.

That's sad to hear - I worked with Laurie for a while in Mexborough, must be 20 years ago ! he was a really nice guy - Rest in Peace Laurie
