I wouldn't get rid of MaximumMan. Just needs better players around him and better coaching, which Howay can do.

There must be a problem with Fernandez.

Schar should be on the bench, and Lacelles out of the team.

Maximin has very little end product and hes pressing work is lazy.

Two better Wingers should be No problem.

One cm might be enough.

I detect (well, suspect) the hand of Graeme Jones in this as a hangover from the fallout with Bruce.

I don't think a single person would dispute that he's the best CB at the club so whatever the reason he's not playing, there's a rabbit off.

And that in itself is a cause for concern.
