    Another fantastic performance

Even the most negative supporter would struggle not to get swept up in the excitement.
Top to bottom all played a part in what was a class performance.

We have now reached the half way point of the season.
Of which they have been nothing short of outstanding. Especially when you throw in a 0-7 home defeat in that lot aswell.
Clearly we have something special going on, things have clicked into place and the club and fans are being rewarded, right now, for staying loyal, being patient with a manager here long term. Stability. That is what is setting us aside from all the rest of the division most of which can't get near us. We have the longest serving manager in the division. One of the longest serving in all the leagues. And this is the reward. Sticking with him, during times most of us would have accepted it was time for him to leave.
Football is harsh, we are at the half way point. But we have not achieved anything. If we have a poor second half then I feel all of this will be forgotten. I still get the distinct feeling off an element of the fan base would rather he failed so they could still say ...told you so. Alot are very much expecting it to fall apart. In hope more than anything else. The negatives ones aren't enjoying this and embracing it, they have just all fallen deathly silent. But will be back the very second we don't win a game. Such is the nature of some fans.
It will be interesting to see how we get on the tough second half of the season. If we got lucky with injuries and weren't missing Brereton for any sustained length of time then we have no reason to drop away.
Right now, they are the best side in the division, by some way. They are smashing every side they play comfortably week after week and are strong all over the pitch. Confidence brings so much with it, and we are a confident machine.
Long may it continue and hoping for an un-interupted Christmas. The more games we have, the more points we can amass.
