And rightly so. But from day one in our current EPL adventure (the 1st match of last season with the ridiculous handball penalty given against Koch) we have had numerous howlers and injustices given against us and we've said nowt. Now The barcodes have had a few go against them and they're asking questions. Look at Klopp this weekend. Letting it be known of his injustices. Never mind the Salah handball or Dele Ali shoved in the back(SLIGHTLY), by Terence Trent D'arby. We sit and say nothing every single time. Why?? I know we'd be ignored but we should still ask the question every time.

Rugby is pretty good at changing player and coaching behaviours by enforcing new rules strictly and imposing lengthy bans.

There is still too much so called ‘professionalism’ ergo cheating in the game.

Would impose minimum of 8 game ban for diving/feigning injury up to 20 games with a ratchet for repeat offenders.

If say 3 players from a team get a ban then the manager/head coach also gets a sanction too.

Fines are meaningless to the Top 6 so the best way is to meaningfully target what hurts them most. Also great message to kids and the amateur game - cheating will not be tolerated.

In an alternative universe this would be a great solution to a big problem for the integrity of the game. However in this one nothing will happen.

I do wonder if the overall game would have better off if the super league had gone through. It might have created a split over time where the teams in it become almost cartoonish like wrestling on TV while more pure form of football was played elsewhere. The TV wrestling generates way more money than real wrestling but no one believes it’s anything but a clown shown as far as who’s the best wrestler
