    January- What do we need?

For me we are 3 positions short regardless of injuries etc those being:

    Striker
Attacking mid (a Pablo replacement, still waiting 2 years)
    Defensive mid

Out of those I think we'd get 1 maybe 2 at a push so for all of them I'd want another body in that midfield probably someone who can defend properly as we have nobody without Phillips, Forshaw tries his best but he is better slightly further forward pressing than covering gaps and knowing where to be.

I'd love a striker but don't see it unless its a loan with view to buy because anyone decent isn't going to be available mid-way through season without their price being doubled. I'd love Nketiah back tbh think there is a good player in him and he has an eye for goal

We don't need centre backs I think we are very blessed with what we have, you can't legislate for having in my eyes 5 good enough centre backs and 4 being injured/ unavailable (Cooper, Llorente, Koch, Struijk, Cresswell)

Full back wise I think is ok, we are suffering as Ayling is having to play centre back but once he is back available we are fine. Firpo to me needs time, his experience at Barca was horrific and I think he just needs good habits and confidence back in him. Think we need another body in there but that can wait.

Wingers- We are fine, but again it is all dependent on other positions being filled we have James, Harrison, Raphinha, Summerville

    What are your thoughts?

I agree with the above except I think our first transfer should be an experienced LB on loan at least. Our defence is leaking too many goals and the left back area is where we are being targeted by the opposition.

Firpo needs time but we need a solution now IMHO.

    Agree.

Nketiah would be good as he knows both our system and where the goal is - his hat trick v Sunderland shows how lethal he can be when chances fall his way.

Like the lad from Blackburn too.

Wonder if we will recall Lief Davis from Bmouth too - he went from the golden child to Kevin and Perry ****ager in a season - KP and Cooper spoke of his talent but hinted at attitude issues - maybe he has wised up and seems to be a regular at the Cherries now.

He has been injured and struggled to get in the Bournemouth team even when fit, he isn't the answer.

He also seems to have the wrong attitude, seems to me like Shackleton but without the correct desire.

would be over the moon if we got an attacking mid (pablo replacement).

I think if we had that and we fed Joffy we'd be a different team. we'd have to play joffy over roberts and not sure that would happen.

think we also have to sit firpo until his heads right as well. the loss of alioski has really affected harrison's effectiveness.

Whatever we need, seems the way we will go about it will bring more of the ilk of Firpo....
