About buying lots of players in January.
I hope they only buy about 3,two defenders and a striker.

I know we need to re build but buying too many in mid season would probably fail.

Remember when we practically rebuilt the side and went down.Dave Beasant and Andy Thorne who were Cup winners with Wimbledon,were just two of a rebuilt team that did not gel.

That would just about do provided that they were well up for a relegation fight with fire in the belly as well as being proficient players.

This addition along with E.H. getting the best out of an improving squad should be able to gradually steer us clear of the drop.

The situation then would allow him to well evaluate the squad ready for a summer rebuild.

i think we would get away with 4 or 5 , especially if a couple of those were bench backups ? but better than what we have.

i agree changing the team wholesale would be a disaster

i really think we will get at least 6 players

we need a striker first and foremost as Wilson is now crocked and will be out for a while, we probably wont have a game until Jan 15th now that the covid and injuries are impacting us.

We should get the lad from Blackburn who is banging the goals in, offer them Clark, Gayle and Woodman and £10m

Aye, we just can't rely on Wilson being fit for any length of time. He might come back in February for a game and then be out for another 2 months. I'd be happy if we signed Bereton Diaz and Barbosa

As viking said, we need 4 or 5. I hope we get 6 just so that we have some one on bench we can use rather than having to look to same old.

We need a new striker, 2 really. We need a CB, 2 really at bare miniumum.
