    Bet 365 Chelsea v Liverpool

For those posters and visitors with a Bet365 account. Bet365 are offering a free in play bet on the game to £5.

What you do is to back the draw with your own stake for £5 before kick off then you get the credit offer.

As soon as the first goal is scored the double chance price for either a Chelsea/Liverpool win will rocket up from the present 1.3 to a much higher price. You then back this price and you are onto a gain whatever the result.

Sorry chaps and chapesses. Ignore the above. I was working on the old Betfair principle of laying the draw prematch and backing when the price rose following the first goal. Apologies.I have egg on the face.

Nah, you don't, Bill...it was a genuine effort to help folk out. Absolutely no apology needed.

You do, however, owe me £250, 000 as I followed your advice but went big.

Oh Shucks. With that sort of dough available you should have bought shares in Bet365 or Stoke City which I think they own.

N.B. I woke up thinking about that, thank goodness, and got out of bed to do the second post.

Well done with that one. We need a bit of collective luck. I hope the lucky finger slip hit a good price.

I had already backed the draw just before I started the post so I might as well do the double chance (either Chelsea/Liverpool win) at 1.3

That way if it is a draw I'll collect a win with my own money. If that bets a loss at least I'll cut the losses with the free bet.

On top of that, I'll lay the draw on Betfair and hopefully have a back bet on it if, and when the first goal is scored.
