Sorry but, its time for Dyche Out....

Highly questionable team selections, and too much over loyalty to certain players. Despite them underperforming. He chooses to bring in players that are supposed to "Strengthen The Group" yet he's inexplicably reluctant to play them.

Spent a lot of money on Gibson, Roberts, Vydra amongst others, yet they havent featured much

Lennon starting ahead of Cornet and Vydra is a joke, it makes no sense. Also, at the same time Wood is misfiring.

Our two Centre Halves keep making bad mistakes, yet Collins can't get a look in.

McNeill is a sulky little sod, most overrated player at the club, and we have absolutely no attacking menace at all.

I would rather loose football matches seeing some energetic youth players lack quality yet show desire, than old lads in midfield chase shadows.
you can point to all the missed chances in the last two games and think its are strikers that are loosing games.. and yes they are not scoring goals..
but the other end is equally as crap, and not sure if you have noticed but the last two games the opposition where bad, and we see this end to end play.. that is our midfield failing to win the second ball, slow to closing down the space, slow to pressing the attacking play.. chasing shadows both games.. lack of control. very poor
this compounded with our inability to score.. is a disastrous mix of crap!

The plan seems to be to get relegated, I've never known a club more focused on finishing in the bottom 3 than BFC currently is and has been for the last three years.

What Plan B is once Plan A has been achieved and we're in the Championship, I haven't a bloody clue, no doubt all will be revealed next season.

We are rolling over and getting our tummy tickled.

White flag time - but for what reason?

Yesterday we made a poor quality Leeds team look good, here are some reasons I think we are so poor.
    1) The fact that our 1st team squad is aging but our manager is reluctant to try any of our younger players.
    2) Players we have brought in do not appear to be considered for the starting eleven even when they have proved themselves capable such as Collins. The manager prefers to play someone who he knows does not want to be at our club.
    3) We are so predictable in our playing style with a rigid 4-4-2, even having players in abnormal positions to keep the format.
    4) It appears that we are unable to keep the ball for any length of time resorting to Dyche ball even when we have no target man.
    5) I have never seen a BFC training session, but when the club releases video clips of the players training it invariable show then running. Do we actually do any training on the skills like passing and dribbling.

We have heard a lot of blame placed on Garlick for under funding the team and quite rightly so. But if we are to look at some of the money spent on transfer failures, Gibson, Drinkwater, Bamford, Vydra, Wells plus several more who came here receiving good wages but only rarely ever made the starting eleven. Since I cannot see Garlick having signed these players without agreeing the signing with the manager I am at a loss to see why they were signed in the first place.

We are now in serious relegation trouble and it does appear that the current manager and coaching staff are bereft of any ideas on how to turn this around. I certainly would not be inclined to provide significant resources to allow the the current management team to bring in more of the same type of player and by that I mean those in the twilight of their career if I was Alan Pace.

Probably the best option would be to allow those players who do not want to be part of our setup to leave in this transfer window getting the best possible price. This could then be used to allow a new management team to come in and make some improvements to the starting eleven.

''would be to allow those players who do not want to be part of our setup''?

I do not think you will find that person if you are a 2nd grade,2nd rated player sitting on the bench ,and ......being paid ? After all you would be in your twilight years. Like the song, ''Money fur nuthing ,and the chicks r free''

Look, as a school boy what or how was your schoolboy football team playing 1950's or 60's, I remember mine, it was 'BIG Boot' football. The same stuff is being dished out today. In fact we had a tall centre half that could only kick the ball 'up field' ,yes we called him 'Big Boot.'
If our defence kicks the ball up field, somewhere? It almost certainly means we will loose possession perhaps 75% of the time. How many shots on goal ,say against Leeds did we have yesterday? Also it will be the same average against other teams? The same with these goal kicks upfield, did you know that Woods has been complaining that many times the ball his coming down with snow on it? That is those long balls he can reach to head the ball, the rest far from him he is not so sure. Fred Flintstone must also have played just like our style?
I do not know ,I think not, that SD in not here during training during the whole week, others are there doing it? If so, that's not the way to run a Premier League football club, a manager /coach has to be present during training, Then he can show to the team mistakes made ,correct how we are playing, discuss/debate etc etc. Perhaps he was the hero in the past but today ,it just does not work.
