    A fascinating interview especially what he says about premier academy's.

    He's definitely a young lad full of confidence. He can certainly talk the talk let's hope he can walk as well.

    That is what I was wondering.
    He obviously has a very high opinion of himself. Mentions his dad a lot. Flitted around between what seems like a dozen academies / clubs.
    Is this normal in todays' age?
    Got 2 yellow cards in 8 league games for Southend and a straight red in a bust up with Calvin Miller against Chesterfield in the FA Cup
    Obviously talented but seems a little bit immature at the moment. Maybe 4 or 5 months with the Pies will sort him out.

    Immature,1955pie, that is one word I would not use to describe him. Love players with passion and will to win.

    That red was rescinded to be fair, replay showed Miller just clonked him one.

    I don’t think it’s any different to Roberts or Rodrigues really. You have to have that kind of personality as a creative player probably. To be fair the one thing every Southend fan has mentioned in his work rate and willingness to put a shift in.
