“You have sat there too long for all the good you have done, in the name of God go”

That is to the Prime Minister and the current board of management of CUOSC.

Of the Holdings board Jenkins, Nixon and Pattison cannot go, they are formidably well strapped in by PD / Purepay / Charge / Personal Guarantees. Some folk express the totally wrong opinion that Jenkins/Nixon/Pattison are clinging on. The fact is that they have been desperate to escape for at least 4 years.

After the Sue Gray enquiry there will be a Metropolitan Police investigation. There are a couple of high ranking Metropolitan Police officers related to Cabinet members. Then when no evidence of law-breaking has been found there may be a Parliamentary Select Committee enquiry. Such a committee will have a majority of it as Conservative MPs. This sort of enquiry can go on indefinitely.
Nowadays we must regard 'Yes Minister' and 'The Thick Of It' as utterly mundane.

Boris Johnson must be a bad mannered bastard. He seemingly stays at parties for just 25 minutes or even just 10 minutes. So if folk want to defend against their fines the line of defence is "I was there for only 25 minutes and nobody told me that it was a party". That works for Boris Johnson.
