    Steve Bruce

    What's the point anymore.

I know its been bad recently, but I'd rather have stuck with Val.

    Its so painful supporting us.

And I'm usually keen to give people a chance, but this has all the hallmarks of another terrible appointment.

Go out and get someone young and fresh, like Maresca. And stick with him, through the good times and the bad.

Someone needs to breathe some life into us. An old school manager in their 60's, who plays boring football and has been around the block at 20 other clubs isn't the one to do that.

I try not to post on other football forums but Bruce had us giving up the will to live at Newcastle.

Couldn’t agree more. We are stuffed. Nobody at this club has the patience to let any manager build. A young manager has no experience, and would need time. I agree Steve Bruce is top of the loser board. There are so many tired has beens out there. Like it or not we need time. Lots of time and patience which we clearly have none of. ANY manager will be expected to get us in the Prem in one swift season. It’s not reasonable. It’s stupid.

Totally agree 123. No need for a knee jerk reaction now. I would rather make an appointment for the future even if it does compromise our promotion prospects this season. We need to build a side capable of holding our own in the Premiership which may take a couple of seasons.

God please no. I have nothing against the bloke but this would be retrograde step.

As on the other thread, If it happens there will be open revolt. Can we start a Bruce out thread even before he gets appointed, may as well save a bit of time..

Has he already spent his £10m Newcastle pay off.

It's such a shame Farke took a new job recently and our recruitment is restricted to the s hit list of these has beens.

Why can't we have some foresight and find our own Farke or the guy at Huddersfield.

We are run and owned by jokers.
