Season 2022/23 - ER hierarchy, players & World Cup winter interruption scenarios ?

It'll be a strange start to next season with the World Cup taking place in Qatar during November & December of 2022, so we'll have to be up & ready off & on the pitch. So one would assume 'plans' have & now are being deployed at ER ?

IF our club ideas change & bigger squad required then strong man-management skills will be needed to keep all happy - presently players report to Orta if they're having issues/problems & a further meeting with MB is last resort, I presently understand.

Present squad may have a few mindsets split-focused for World Cup places at PL season's start in sunny August - so having a focused ER younger squad talent ready, able & willingly is a real positive. Players returning after WC will no doubt require rest before knuckling down to English winter footballing conditions again.

However, any changes at ER in summer may change the whole outlook of LUFC ambitions for all, including us fans as well ?

The domestic football-season has been 'adjusted' to take account of the so called 'winter WC international-showpiece' with its Qatar air cooled stadia with on pitch air cooling systems for players for the expected million football fans who'll be travelling in & all the political daily global hype accompanying it no doubt.

    As a result - the 2022/23 PL season will kick-off on August 6, 2022.

The campaign will then have a break following PL round 16 of matches which will be played over the weekend of November 12/13, ahead of the World Cup call-up period which begins on Monday, 14 November. The Qatar tournament itself is scheduled to get underway on November 21, 2022 I've just read.

The PL will then resume on Boxing Day 2022 following the FIFA World Cup Final, which takes place on Sunday, 18 December & the final round of the PL campaign will be played on May 28, 2023, when all games will kick-off simultaneously [as per tradition].

So - the PL 2022/23 season will consist of 34 weekends, 3 midweeks and 1 Bank Holiday match round - resulting in more physically & mentally knackered players no doubt & more issues for man-management to sort out to keep all happy for sure.

Psychologists state that our brains are hard-wired toward negativity & we almost always give negative outcomes more importance than positive ones, Oz.

Self-doubt can become a severe problem for anyone especially entrepreneurs like Radz. There’s no time to deal with self-doubt if you want to reach your business goals so I cannot criticise of what/how he's done, if others wish to then they should try & plan ahead under the circumstances of the last few seasons & the coming season without hindsight.

Even his 5 year plan couldn't foresee what actually unfolded season by season. Under his ownership he showed how variations of stakeholder management impacts financial stability & thus improve the overall financial health & stability of our football club to hopefully further build upon.

'Build upon' being key words !

If Rad integrated a minimum of liquidity to improve the overall financial health & stability of Leeds then good luck to the bloke with a savvy brain, I'd say Oz.
