    Dan Burn

Thought he was very good again today. Some people on Twitter are saying Burn for England....stranger things have happened and if he keeps up his form you never know

If you didn't know better you'd think Burn cost £80 million and Harry Maguire £13 mill based on this seasons performances

I find it fascinating that despite not being majorly rated since he has left Brighton have lost 5 games and conceded 12 goals.

We by contrast have suddenly massively tightened up.

Southgate never picks Newcastle players even when in top form.

That is a very good point.

Targett, Burn, Schar and Trippier is s very tidy back four.

I like his work. We have suddenly become very tight at the back since his arrival. Just what the doctor ordered.

Barring injuries I think Lascelles will have a hard time getting back into the team on a regular basis.

True. He needs to find his form to get back in the team, which is the way it should be for all positions.
Likewise I don’t think Saint should start ahead of Murphy or Fraser against Southampton. However, I would start Bruno ahead of Shelvey next game.
