    northampton post match

Absolutely marvellous. Players - all had a great game and it would be unfair to score them individually. But I would put John Mellish as man of the match. Well done that man. Well done all.

I am sure Mr Simpson would not have expected it to turn out like it has, nobody would if they were honest,it would appear there is a belief within the players that was not there before, might be wrong but results prove otherwise.Funny how a ref gets praise when we win,had it gone the other way i suspect not just a thought.Respect for taking a penalty what a load of tosh.

I've watched each of the last 4 matches with an increasing sense of disbelief.

How the hell has he managed to get 4 successive victories out of that group of players?

Can it continue? Have they really been transformed from relegation certainties into a half decent team?

As Sir Alex famously said....... "Football, bloody hell".
