    Paul ince

We knew they were going to go long into Morris. We were ready for it, but it is hard to defend.

This translates as -so we thought we’d kick lumps out of him behind the officials’ backs and do our level best to get him stretchered off

"For people like Barnsley, they want it scrappy, it's all about set-pieces. You have got to earn the right to play and I thought second half, we did that.

In fairness when we have been given the space in recent homes games we have played some decent stuff , clearly Lost on mr ince who’s managerial style is 20 years out of date and I can see why no one employed him for 8 years until their Tom asked the owner if his dad could have a job, this translates as - we knew if we gave the the space they would out do us so we thought we’d kick them all over the pitch and dive at every opportunity to make the game scrappy. We probably have the lowest set piece success rate in the division and our first corner was in the 95th minute

Unfortunately though I lay the blame at asbaghis feet for this, we could all see what was happening . This is something like the 6th time in the last 8 games we have conceded late. The ones v coventry , Fulham Stoke and now reading all costing us points

I keep saying it but when defending set pieces why not leave 3 men on the half way line, one in between the area and centre circle, and in training defend 6v 9? As this is the worst case scenario - it’s nothing to do with football - it’s basic maths - if we clear the ball 6v9 you are left 4v1 offensively- would reading take that risk - especially given it was yiadom defending . But no, let’s clear our lines all for the ball to be pumped back in time and time again.

    All allegedly of course

Getting a lot of stick across social media is Poya .

I'm not saying some of it isn't possibly warranted , he's a young coach new to the championship after all and there's bound to be mistakes .

However let's be honest , he'd an almost impossible job from the outset , wasn't really backed in January to any great extent but none the less he's managed to find a way to win some games and at least give us some hope of staying up even if that looks beyond us now .

Conway should be taking the blame for this season's debacle and nobody else , the buck stops with those in charge and everything else is simply a symptom of that .

Paul Ince did my crust in all afternoon , he was constantly walking in front of our dug out, in the 4th officials ear hole all match & nothing said yet when Poya stepped down the line to have a pop at another useless linesman the 4th official leapt out of Ince"s arse & was onto Poya like a rocket .

It is Poya’s fault! He isn’t learning?
Everyone in the ground, watching on live stream and the commentary team were saying he needs to change it well before they scored! We were flat and couldn’t get hold of the ball, some players were dead on their feet, but he decided to leave it (yet again) and only put fresh legs on towards the end.
It’s either p1ss poor management or he doesn’t trust his bench to do a job?

Yeah I read that sh*ite that Incey wincey said on the Bbc site. And its typically ignorant of him to be honest, it dun't surprise me at all

As for Poya, I won't be disappointed if or when he gets sent packing, after our relegation. But it means these appalling owners will only bring in another version of him/Schopp won't they.
So hey, maybe we should stick with him, for the time being!. 😟

I’m not throwing him under a bus, but by not seeing what we’re seeing he’s simply laying in the middle of the road waiting for it to run over him

The truth is renno at championship level all our Head Coaches are set up to fail with the model .

Stendel was thrown under the bus and so was Hecky , Struber and Val caught favourable winds which doesn't define the model in my opinion .

Poya isn't the best thing since sliced bread by any means but he's taken this season further than I thought was possible .

There's a coach in there , warts n all in my opinion .

I reckon we'd do well to stick with Poya. He's done ok considering the cards he's been dealt.

I don’t want him thrown under a bus either mate and yes there is a coach in there somewhere! But he has to learn from his mistakes and he isn’t!
He has been dealt a bad hand by the owners, I get that but one thing Ar5ehole can’t touch is the team on the day, the team in play! That’s Poya’s domain and he chooses who stays on and who gets replaced, I make it about 7 points he’s cost us in games (possibly) by not replacing the players at the right time to affect a change in the game, or he’s brought somebody on to shut up shop with 20 minutes to go (Stoke).
We are 5 points behind Reading, we could be 2 points clear of them now?
There’s nothing more sure that if we are beating Millwall 1-0 with 15 mins left to play, I’m banging shed loads of cash on Millwall scoring next!
    He doesn’t learn…………..
