    O/T Mexborough Flyover Demolition Date Set

    Doncaster Council have announced the date, that the Mexborough flyover over the dual
    carriageway, the A6023, known as Greens Way, will be demolished.

    The flyover was constructed in 1968

    The Mexborough A6023 dual carriageway, known as Greens Way will be closed from -

    <> 7pm Friday 22nd April 2022 until Sunday 1st May 2022 <>

    <> Diversions will be in place <>

    Two days to knock a bit of a flyover down and to cart the rubble away? Somebody's spinning that job out.

    I think its the same firm who built Conisbrough Castle, look at the castle, its still not finished.

    It was built by a bloke called de Warrene so there might be a lot of truth in that.
