I guess an accurate pass into final third might also be included in the long passes on occasions?
Are actual numbers available? They'd give a better indication of the player's involvement in the game.

51 Received passes suggests his was involved a fair bit. I suppose we could see how this compares to say Arter or an opposition midfielder but I’d rather take some time to do that with some context and purpose.

No problem mate, I didn't intend to be flippant in my reply. FWIW I have all the data you were asking about and I can put stuff out there along those lines as well but everything needs to be analysed in context and sometimes it's easy to get caught up in your own bias when breaking them down. I've had to work very hard not to let that happen, but it often does!
