I don't think I'd want to risk Warnock's health by subjecting him to watching this team tippy-tappying the ball about in their own penalty area. I fear he would explode or expire! Maybe both!

Nolan had checked out before pre season. The players were not fit, we lacked preparation as we had about 4 friendlies of which only 1 was competitive. Whether that was Nolan or Hardy, I don't know. Rumours of Nolan going for the Shrewsbury job as well, all the evidence points to Nolan looking for a payoff and something happened behind the scenes
