What is it about the bigger clubs “ not turning up” when ***** games take place. ? A few weeks ago, United didn’t look interested, and the same thing happened today with Chelsea, a club not yet guaranteed of a Champions League place. Pickford had one of those days, rode every inch of luck in the book and had the sort of game I doubt he’ll better at any time in the future. If Southgate was watching he’ll make him number one for ever on todays performance.
As for Lampard , he got an unexpected bonus of 3 valuable points . His team offered nothing throughout, and were gifted their winner by a team that showed very little urgency to get back on level terms. His team are making him look like Sir Alex Ferguson in his prime, thanks to the opposition.
The team in most peril I believe are Leeds. Total free fall and wiped out yesterday. I would say the way it’s going, us and Everton look the likelier ones to stay up. We shall see over the next few weeks.

You can guarantee that Leeds will be buzzing against Chelsea because there is no love lost between the two teams and they will want to be above Everton at the end of season because they thoroughly dislike Lampard after the events when he was manager at Derby.
Chelsea should be fined £100,000 for undermining the integrity of the English Premier League. A truly abysmal showing. Why bother even turning up?![]()
Not bothered, we have 38 games of our own to get enough points to stay up, won't matter a FF what other teams do, or don't do, as long as we take care of our own business.
Evertons appalling tactics of diving, feigning injury and time wasting seem to be working.I think they will stay up because the hierarchy want them to stay up as it would keep the owners billions in the PL.I also think Weeds are up for the fight so we are still favourites to go down in my opinion.Everton have a game in hand and I think we still need at least 2 more wins to stay up.
