Boris Johnson must be begging the Hartlepool police to not fine Keir Starmer

Think what the full ramifications would be.

Whichever way that the Hartlepool investigation goes, Johnson is going to be even deeper into the shit.

This could go very well indeed. Last Thursday's loss of 500 Conservative council seats plus
whatever the outcome is of the Hartlepool situation puts Johnson in the worst possible position without quite making the Conservative MPs write 54 Letters to the Chairman of the 1922 Committee.

Of course he will not resign, so the total amount of foul play dragging him and the party down will result in an absolutely disastrous General Election result for the Conservatives.

So, Carry On Boris is my slogan. This version of the Conservative party is doomed with him as leader. I would be sad to see him dismissed by the Conservative MPs.
