I feared this was going to happen when I read Simmo's comments last week and when the commentary team mentioned he was at Bradford on saturday allegedly scouting for Sollihull Moors.

He’s a Marmite character alright, and I’m not against this just as long as he goes nowhere near the managerial role. He’s been around, made his mistakes and has hopefully learned from them. Interesting that he’s a cancer survivor just like Simmo. Nice to see Gerrard staying too. Backroom’s looking quite reasonable.
