    Welsh Wales win through...

Wales qualify for the World Cup. Hennessey was superb, Roberts was excellent, we will pi$$ the Championship next season.

Wales rode their luck tonight without a doubt. They even reckon Putin was in the VAR room when the penalty was not given. If that was at Anfield or Old Trafford on. Saturday afternoon , it would have been given, make no mistake. Hennessy had one of those games that ,both he, Ukraine and 30,000 fans will remember for a long time. Roberts too did a good job throughout the 90 minutes. Ukraine will be kicking themselves for at least not getting one goal. At this level, it’s all about putting the ball in the net. When Bale’s deflected shot went in, against the run of play, you kind of knew it was going to be their night. The hype machine will now be in overdrive for quite some time, just like it was when Ireland qualified in 1990. No wonder the media are saying football is now Wales number one sport.
