    OT 70th jubilee celebrations

Does anyone know of any local events/ parties/ gigs/ meals?

I’ve had a look myself and I can’t find anything other than a crown making craft event in Thorpe Hesley.

That shouldn’t be too hard seeing as I can’t find any.

    Thanks for your help anyway.

I never did find anything in Rotherham. Clifton Park would’ve been ideal.

Cooking up a jubilee buffet today, making a playlist and having friends and family over tomorrow.

Think I’ll head into Sheffield for the food festival and a few cocktails on Saturday.

Wickersley cricket club holding “party in the Park “ from one till about 10, stage and outside bars set up on outfield with groups on throughout the day, headline group is the Mavericks, £10 entrance on the gate, hope this helps, parking will be difficult, kids under 14 free !

    Thank you.

Just looked it up. It’s Handsome Dan and the Mavericks. Great Ska and punk covers band and tremendous lads.
